Terms of Use (EULA) - Basketball Talk App

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Basketball Talk ("Company") regarding the use of the Basketball Talk mobile application (the "App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. License Grant
✅ You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
❌ You may not modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without permission.
3. Subscription & Payments
📌 The App Offers Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:
🏀 Basketball (Access to the main program)
Monthly: €9.99/month
Quarterly: €27.00/3 months (~10% discount)
Annual: €100.00/12 months (~17% discount)
🏆 Basketball Pro (Full Access: Basketball + Strength Training + Stretching + Vertical Jump)
Monthly: €17.99/month
Quarterly: €48.99/3 months (~9% discount)
Annual: €179.99/12 months (~17% discount)
🏅 MVP Plan (All-Inclusive + Personalized Coaching + Club Connections)
Monthly: €100/month
Quarterly: €249.99/3 months (~9% discount)
📌 Subscription Rules:
✅ Subscriptions are billed via Apple (App Store).
✅ Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
✅ Subscription management is available via App Store settings.
❌ No refunds, according to Apple’s policy.
4. One-Time Purchases
📌 The app also offers one-time purchases without a subscription:

“Mindset of a Pro”: €15.00

✅ One-time payment via the App Store.
✅ Lifetime access after purchase.
✅ No refunds, according to Apple’s policy.
5. User Responsibilities
✅ Use the App only for lawful purposes.
❌ Do not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
❌ Do not share or resell your account or content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and code belong to Basketball Talk. You do not own any rights beyond the granted license.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
8. Exclusions de Responsabilité
⚠️ Aucune garantie : L’Application est fournie “telle quelle”, sans garantie d’aucune sorte.
⚠️ Limitations : Basketball Talk n’est pas responsable des dommages résultant de l’utilisation de l’Application.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Monaco.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration rather than court litigation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of changes.
